At Apex Gaming PCs, we stand by our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance rig. If your system doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our restocking guidelines.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Return Request
Contact our support team via the ticketing portal or email with your order number and the specific reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Securely Pack Your System
Carefully place the PC in its original internal foam packaging and double-box it to prevent transit damage; please include all original accessories, cables, and documentation.
- 3.Ship to Apex Headquarters
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking information for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund Processing
Once our technicians verify the hardware integrity and original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
